My experience with Sethu at Solicited has been great. I have worked twice with Sethu, with my first opportunity not being successful.

However Sethu gave me his word that he would let me know if there would be another opportunity that would suit my skills and experience. After a couple of months he got back to me with a new opportunity which I was successful.  Throughout the process Sethu kept me in the loop by giving me feedback and continuous updates.

Where do I start? I remember the first time you called and was doing screening and I was hesitant as I had been applying without any positive feedback but I gave you the time.

I won't lie at this stage of my working life working with an agent was the last thing I wanted to do due to previous experiences.

Well after the screening, Sethu called me back and what would take a 2 months process was made bearable by a consistent update, and interview preparations and debriefings, from a person who cares more about me more than just another number.

I would recommend you anytime just for your efficiency and care that you show to your candidates through out the process and the after placement check ups.

My experience with Solicited Consulting was nothing short of amazing. Since the first call I received from them, I felt a level of professionalism and transparency throughout the experience which I haven't had with any other consulting company I have dealt with in the past. I am a Java software developer by trade and from my previous experience in the industry, finding a good environment to work in is not an easy feat.

Sethu was very steady with his approach with me, asking me the right questions in order to understand where I was in my career and trying to ensure that they can get me the right opportunity without me doing much on my side really except communicating with them regarding the opportunities they had lined up for me. He took care of all the admin regarding the communication with the companies which they saw as potential landing spots form, I mean I barely had to lift a finger, at some point I even forgot I was in the process of job hunting.

Mela guided me throughout the process, advising me on what to expect from the situations I was going into, how to handle myself when communicating with the company which were interviewing and she fought to ensure that I get what I deserve from whichever opportunity I am going to end up taking. They really understood what I wanted and didn't pressure me to consider something which I was not comfortable with.

As I type this now, I am in the most ideal situation in one of the top insurance companies in South Africa where all my requirements were met, I really couldn't have asked for more. The journey was very smooth, comfortable and never once did I roll my eyes when I received a call from either Mela or Sethu because they knew what my bottomline was and they didn't waste my time communicating things which I had no interest in.
